A Day at Work

At work we started working with a new Company or Institution really. We help paper click and google key words for the Southwest Scoliosis Institute. They wanted people to be able to reach them with key words and make it simple to be able to find for potential patients. As an intern at The Point Group have to listen to the phone calls and score them on a 5 star system. Some of the calls are just terrible to listen too as people have little patience when they are in pain. Some of the people that call are just rude and mean to the receptionist. On the rating system it has to be very precise so that the Institute isn’t wasting money on paper click. It isn’t very exciting, but someone has to do it. Intern life.
