Killer workout

On Saturdays I usually do an extra lift and recover on Sunday by swimming. Today I did a little bit of both which was fun. I ran 2 miles after I ran 6 yesterday. Listen, at 245 lbs running is not very fun to me I am not too fond of it, nor do I consider myself a runner. I just rather do that, than to be dog-tired at practice. After I did that I went to Wendy’s ( not the best health food choice) because they had a bogo deal buy one get one for a dollar, hard to beat. Then I went out to Grapevine Lake to go tubing and swimming. I have never went tubing before and let me tell you, to hang on for 7 minutes take a lot of grip strength and balance. My shoulders were burning so bad when I flipped of I couldn’t swim back to the boat. Nothing to serious but tubing was fun. Also had to point out how good Wendy’s is.
