Hardest day of workouts this year by Far.

I don’t know why my coaches decided on almost committing genocide, but the whole team almost died. I knew I had to tell someone about how hard this work out was. I get the short end of the stick everyday as I have to lift in the first group no matter what every day. As I have 9 am class. Usually they split up which group lifts first so the other group can rest eat breakfast and lift later. So that itself sucks already then I have to jump right into class after rushing through my lift so I am not too terrible late. In the back of my mind I was like I am not going to lift right now I am too dead I am just going to have to skip class as I was too tired to even move. We run as a team starting at 5:45 am then half the team lifts then the other half goes to breakfast. This running session was so different than the other ones. We had combo agility drills, which are the hardest on the lungs and on the joints. It is sprinting full speed changing direction in a 45, 90, 180, and sometimes 360 degree. After we did that we had sprints which made multiple people throw up. Had we ran 2 more of those I would have been joining them. After we finished the drills and sprints we had a finisher which was harder than the drills before. After dominating the finisher, which was excruciating, I had to go in and lift immediately. The worst part about it was the building didn’t have A/C and I cramped up. Hardest workout of the year. Easily.
